That must be a first.
A friend of mine just got back to work from maternity leave. She said, “You know, I started trying to guess who pinned pins on Pinterest before looking at their name, just to see how well I know my friends. And I could always guess yours, because you pin baked goods and Civil War stuff.”
It’s true. If it’s not fattening or wearing a corset, I probably won’t repin it.
Today I’m the guest blogger on Delilah Devlin’s site, which is extremely awesome. I decided to blog about why I write historical fiction and what draws me to the Civil War time period. It’s serious. Honest, with no mention of snacking. And it’s a good thing I wrote it, like, two weeks ago because I might be a little hung over today. Maybe.
Snacks are important, though, so rest assured I’m making s’mores bars today (yes, pinned from Pinterest) and continuing the “big” edit of my novel. And no doubt working out because, let me tell you. Wine is fattening. Well, not only wine, but also the pretzels and hummus I ate along with it. Yum.
Anyway, go check me out on Delilah’s site! I’m actually really proud of the post. I even made The Hubs read it, so you know that makes it real life. Click here to head on over!
I rarely comment, however i did some searching and wound up here Im guest bloggling today:
a serious post thats not snack related! | The Rambling Jour.
And I actually do have a couple of questions for
you if it’s allright. Is it just me or does it look like a few of
the responses look like left by brain dead individuals?
😛 And, if you are writing at additional social sites, I’d like to
follow everything fresh you have to post. Could you list of all of your community sites like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
Fantastic items from you, man. I’ve bear in mind your stuff
prior to and you’re simply extremely wonderful.
I really like what you’ve acquired right here, certainly like what you are
stating and the best way through which you say it.
You make it entertaining and you continue to care for to
keep it sensible. I can’t wait to read far more from you.
That is actually a tremendous website.
I think that what you published made a lot of sense.
But, think on this, suppose you typed a catchier post title?
I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your website, but suppose
you added a title that makes people desire more?
I mean Im guest bloggling today: a serious post thats not snack related!
| The Rambling Jour is kinda plain. You should peek at Yahoo’s front
page and watch how they create article titles to grab people to open the links.
You might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested
about what you’ve written. In my opinion, it would make your blog a little livelier.
Awesome! Its actually remarkable paragraph, I have
got much clear idea about from this paragraph.
